About Vinci
Vinci Hair Clinic Africa is a leading hair restoration brand with clinics in Lagos, Abuja, Accra, and beyond. They specialize in advanced treatments like FUE hair transplants, Micro Scalp Pigmentation (MSP), non-surgical solutions, and personalized care for all hair types, including Afro-textured hair. The focus is on natural-looking results, cutting-edge tech, and rebuilding confidence for men and women across the continent. Vinci has over 15 branches across Europe, America, Asia, Soth America and Africa.
My Role
- Digital Marketing Manager – Full ownership of performance marketing, partnerships, events, website optimizations, and social growth for the African operations.
The Challenge
Marketing relied heavily on high-cost channels with inefficient spend. Brand awareness was limited in key markets, social engagement was flat, partnerships weren’t leveraged, and the website/lead funnels needed better conversion flow. Revenue growth was possible but held back by scattered efforts and no unified strategy.
What I Did
I built and executed a comprehensive digital acquisition and brand-building plan tailored to the African market.
- Managed partnerships with lifestyle brands, movie stars, and celebrities across Africa to boost credibility and reach through endorsements and co-promotions. Notable names are Ik Ogbonna , Kehinde Bankole, Yakubu Mohammed.
- Implemented a multi-channel digital strategy across paid social (Meta), paid search, display ads, and affiliates that slashed monthly marketing spend by 77% while delivering 50% YoY revenue growth.
- Planned and oversaw major events like formal African MSP Week, Vinci Open Days, and other activation events to drive in-person consultations and buzz.
- Redesigned and optimized webpages for better user experience, faster loads, and higher conversions; set up email sequence workflows and CRM automations for nurturing leads from inquiry to booking.
- Grew the brand’s social media following by over 25% across platforms through a mix of organic content (patient stories, educational posts) and targeted paid campaigns.
